Ashland in Jackson County Oregon is still having a brisk market in homes sold. There have been 111 homes sold for the first quarter of this year. Prices ranged from $210,000 up to $3,225,000. Prices averaged $325,000 with just under 50 days average on the market. 

The lowest property at $210,000 as to be expected was an all cash sale with a rustic, off grid cabin on 40 acres. In fact the first three homes in the list that sold all had to be all cash sales. Sold for $515,000 with a list price of $525,000 after 119 days on the market. Home was 1513 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bath on 4356 sq ft. lot. Located in Riverwalk subdivision. Good condition.

Closed for $615,000 with a list price of $620,000 after 41 days on the market. Home was 1855 sq ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bath on 7841 sq ft. lot. Great location only 3 blocks from downtown and Shakespeare   Plaza.

Sold for  $815,000 with a list price of $820,000 after 20 days on the market. Home was 2231 sq ft. 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths on a 21344 sq ft. lot close to Lithia Park.
