Jackson County New Homes Sold in 2022

There were 385 new homes sold in Jackson county last year in 2022. We are classifying new homes as those built in 2022 and newer. Prices ranged from $205,000 (which was actually a condo/pud) up to $1,425,000. Average price per sq foot was $284,000 and average days on the market were a little less than 45 days. Sold for $275,000 which was full list price after 358 days on the market. (Long days on the market is often due to construction not finished). Closed 6/30/2022.
