There were 164 Residential income units sold in 2021 in Jackson County Oregon. These multi unit properties sold in about 27 days on average. Prices ranged from a low of $164,000 for two small units, up to a high of $9,650,000 for 64 room hotel.

Sold for $303,000 with a list price of $275,500 after 2 days on the market. Riverfront duplex on the Rogue River, one unit is 2 bedroom, 1 bath and other is 1 bedroom, 1 bath.

Sold for $377,500 with a list price of $385,000 after 9 days on the market. Both units 2 bedroom, 1 bath, total of 1883 sq ft. An Alice Lema Listing.

Sold for $405,000 with a list price of $429,000 after 8 days on the market.  Four units totaling 2564 sq ft. All units 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, new windows, new roof on 3 units.

Sold for $541,000 with a list price of $569,900 after 9 days on the market. Four units total sq ft. 3732.  All apartments are 933 sq ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bath.
