In the last two months there were 7 luxury homes that sold in the $1 million and up range. Two homes that sold were in Grants Pass, two in Eagle Point, one in Central Point, one in Ashland  and one in Jackson.

563 Rogue Ridge Dr, Grants Pass, Oregon 97527 $1,250,000 was the most expensive. This had frontage on the Rogue River was on 2 acres and was almost 5,000 sq ft. This deluxe home was gate, had a chef's dream of a kitchen and two many features to list. The living room had a beautiful massive rock fireplace. There was a downstairs master suite. The upstairs was perfect for guests with ensuite bedroosm,  a small kitchen and a comfortable library sitting room. In addition to all this was a kids dream tree house. Add to all this was a greenhouse and pond. As is the case with many of the million dollar properties in Grants Pass and Southern Oregon, you could not replace this for the price it sold for. The builder stated that he put over 3 million dollars into the property. What incredible value!
 
248 Gunnell Rd, Grants Pass, Oregon 97526  Sold for $1,050,000 It started at $1,300,000.  It was on close to 48 acres.Thehouse was 2,240 sqft. with 5 bedrooms, and 4.5 baths. There was also a guest house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Plus there was a detached shop, which included room for 2 cars, and a bedroom and full bath above. 13 ofthe48 acres was irrigated pasture land, also 20 acres with a few trees where the deer and wild turkeys graze. No shortage of water with 2 wells, 2 year round ponds, greenhouse, fenced garden areas. And it's completely fenced and cross fenced. This one was also a great value at just a little over a million dollars.

13151 Agate Rd, Eagle Point, Oregon 97524 Sold for $1,100,000 This home had a little over 10 acres which included 700 ft or Rogue Riverfront. This was located on "Rattlesnake Rapids". This home  was gated, 2566 sq ft. with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, solid oak floors, high ceilings, large pantry and much more!  Also big decks, apple trees, garden beds, 3 car garage and a large shop. Doubt if you could build this one either for the price it sold for.

25 Granite St., Ashland, Oregon 97520 Sold for $1,100,000 and was 2438 sq ft. on a little over a quarter of an acre. This was a vintage 1897 home beautifully updated and is an Ashland landmark. The living room has a woodstove, there is a formal dining room, roomy kitchen. Large great room opening to the backyard andwith a wood burning fireplace. The upstairs Master has a sleeping porch for those hot evenings. This charming home has a view of the downtown area. Beautiful home with wonderful views of Table Rocks, the Rogue Valley and Mt McLoughlin. Wonderful chef's kitchen, cherry cabinets, and more. Two family rooms, one bath has sauna, 3 car garage.

6149 Tamarack Ln., Central Point, Oregon 97502 Sold for $1,000,000 and was 4756 st. ft. on just under 20 acres. Located on a hill with views in many directions. Open beams in the living room with wood stove, wall to wall windows. Kitchen has high end Wolf stove, Bosch and Sub-zero appliances. Also a butlers pantry and bar. Master suite has views of Tablerock, bath features a steam bath. Great outdoor kitchen with wood-fired oven, BBQ, firepit and  hot tub. Large garage big shop (guest space above), chicken coop, pole barn, fruit trees...
