[00:00:12] Let's start with Klamath county this week. Klamath county this week had 33 new listings, 15 new sales, 49 pending sales. 18 back on market 4 canceled and withdrawn. And the average days on market in Klamath county this week was 60 days on the market. That's two months folks. The average sales price in Klamath county is down to 217,383. And the average list price to sold price ratio is down to 93.17
[00:00:47] Josephine county this week had 33 new listings, 21 closed sales, 32 pending sales and 10 back on market in Josephine county this week. We had eight canceled and withdrawn and the average days on market in Josephine county this week was 48. That's a little over a month on its way to two months in Josephine county this week. The average sales price in Josephine county this week was $441,790. And the average sold price to list price ratio was down to 93.4%.
[00:01:25] Jackson county had 73 new listings, 94 closed sales, 109 pending sales and 27 back on market in Jackson county this week. We had 30 canceled and withdrawn. That's quite a bit for one week. And the average days on market in Jackson county is still pretty quick. It's 20 days that's less than a month. The average sales price in Jackson county this week, $436,639. And the average sold price to list price ratio in Jackson county this week was 97.2%, which is up.
