So check it out. This going to be a very cool thing to do. If you've got someone in your life that you love and trust who also loves and trusts you but you want to get a lawyer involved to write down the percentage of ownership.

[00:00:20] And that's not just for ownership. It is also expenses and profit. Make sure that gets attached to the deed, also have a conversation about the exit strategy. It's not just if you break up or not hopefully you don't, but it's also about what are you gonna do with the asset anyway?

[00:00:35] Are you gonna keep it, are you gonna rent it out? Are you gonna buy more? Just have a conversation, write it all down that way. If things do go south, you know, people won't be as upset.
