Multi Family Properties July 2020 Sales

In the last 30 days from the end of June to July 2020 there have been 6 properties sold. They ranged in price from one in Grants Pass that sold for $175,000 up to $353,500. 

In the residential income category the least expensive properties are selling the fastest below $350,000. Average time on market is about 78 days. Most of these sold faster than that as the property on Florence was on the market for 364 days! The average price per sq ft was $123. 

Most sold for close to list price except for Florence which sold for $175 with a reduced list price of $199,900 and an original list price of $214,900.

This one was  2 bedroom, 1 bath home with not one but two 1 bed, 1bath units. Good for rentals or extended family. $175,000

601 Sunset Way, Grants Pass
$219,000 and was a duplex. This is an upstairs, downstairs unit with the bottom unit having considerable upgrades.
