Waterfront homes in Oregon (or in any area) are always popular. In 2021 376 Waterfront homes sold. Prices ranged from $100,000 up to $3,500,000. This was in Jackson and Josephine counties. In this area waterfront could be anything from on the river, a lake or near a small pond or creek. 

Average days on the market was 54 and average per sq ft. was $316. If we look at just the last month of the year, December there were 27 sales. Prices ranged from $200,000 up to $1, 678,000 Living on or near water is certainly a dream for a lot of us!
