There were 28 Multi Family Properties Sold in Jackson County, Oregon in the first quarter of 2022.  Prices ranged from a low of  $280,000 up to a high of $1,210,000. Average days on the market were a little over 26 and average sq ft cost was $203.

Sold for $530,000 which was full list price after 93 days on the market. 4 plex with two 3 bedroom, 2 bath units and two 2 bedroom 1 bath. All have carports with storage. Close to shopping.

Sold for $995,000 which was full list price after zero days on the market. Main home is 2100 sq ft. with two studios. On large 13,068 sq ft. long, located in the Railroad district downtown.
