[00:00:00] Well, good afternoon. Real estate fans, Alice Lema broker, John L. Scott in beautiful Southern Oregon with another edition of our market statistics. This is for the weekend being January 30th, 2022. This week in Jackson county, we had 99 new listings, 79 closed sales, 109 pending sales, 28 back on market in Jackson county this week and 20 canceled or withdrawn. The average days on market this week for Jackson county is 40. Average sales price is $433,356.. And the average sold price to list price ratio 95.77%.

[00:00:44] Josephine county this week had 44 new listings, 22 closed sales, 36 pending sales, 14 back on market, eight canceled or withdrawn, and had an average 76 days on market that's in Josephine county. This week, the average sales price was $381,954 in Josephine county this week. And the average sell price to list price ratio was 95.27%

[00:01:14] Klamath county, our sister to the Northeast, 35 new listings, 31 closed sales, 40 pending sales, 20 back on market and nine canceled and withdrawn. We had 58 average days on market in Klamath county this week. Upwards of two months. Our average sales price in Klamath county was $239,045 with an average sold price to list price ratio of 94.8%.
