This week, we had 156 new listings, 121 closed sales in Jackson county this week. Pending sales were 140 in Jackson county, our back on market was 39. That's almost 40 in Jackson county just this week. Canceled and withdrawn in Jackson county this week 34. Average sale days on market for sales was 34 days. That's a little over a month. The average sales price in Jackson county this week was $467,963. And the average list price to sold price ratio it was 97.13%%

The average days on market was 70 days. The average sales price in Josephine county this week was $415,839. The average sold price to list price ratio in Josephine county this week was 96.48%
