[00:00:13] Let's start with Jackson county today. This week we had 71 new listings, which is up a little bit in Jackson county. We have 106 closed sales. Pending sales in Jackson county this week were 89. Back on market was 25 canceled and withdrawn was 22. And the average days on market this week in Jackson county was 36. The average sales price in Jackson county this week, $429,389. And the average sold price to list price ratio was 96.15% in Jackson county.

[00:00:49] Let's go to Josephine county this week, Josephine county had 38 new listings, 38 closed sales, 32 pending sales in Josephine county this week. And six back on market nine canceled or withdrawn, 95 average days on market in Josephine county this week. So that little over three months. The average sales price and Josephine county this week is $364,653. And the average sold price to list price ratio is 94.5% this week in Josephine county.

[00:01:29] Klamath county this week had 19 new listings, 48 closed sales, 37 pending sales in Klamath county this week, 18 back on market and 4 canceled or withdrawn in Klamath county this week. The average days on market in Klamath county this week, 69 days, that's over two months. And the average sales price in Klamath county this week was 359,702. The average sold price to list price ratio in Klamath county this week was 95.10 per cent.
