Klamath county only had six new listings this week 39 closed sales, pending sales in Klamath county were 27, 5 went back on the market in Klamath county this week, one canceled or withdrew. And we have an average days on market in Klamath county this week of 44. The average sales price in Klamath county this week is 187,010.. The average sold price to list price ratio this week in Klamath county, 92.57%.

We had 15 new listings in Josephine county this week. 36 closed sale, 26 pending sale, 10 back on market and eight canceled or withdrawn in Josephine county this week. The average days on market in Josephine county this week 29, the average sales price, 404. 5 0 5. $404,505. Average sales price, Josephine county this week. The average sold price to list price ratio was 93.74%
