There are 15 cottages in this Ashland, Oregon new subdivision. They are designed for sustainable living with drought resistant landscaping, Earth Advantage Platinum and Zero Energy certified with rooftop solar and Lifelong Housing features. The also meet Ashland's Fire Safe features. The cottages are on the smaller side with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and are between 837 sq ft and 1123 sq ft. The larger of the units have and extra office or den area. 

All units have quartz counters, plank flooring, tile showers and floors. Association fees are $148 per month.
