Senior Housing Southern Oregon
Senior Housing is usually for those 55 yrs and up. Most seniors prefer single level houses, some also prefer to be in a community of other seniors. In Southern Oregon there are some complexes, housing subdivisions that have CC&R's, rules that limit the housing to those 55 yrs and older. There are also subdivisions that you might call "senior friendly". This would be an area that has mostly single family homes that are near bus routes, shopping and medical facilities.
